St. John 10th Graders, Mentors, and Parents

Confirmation Retreat
📅 Saturday, October 10th – Sunday, October 11th
📍 Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN
We will leave from St. John at 11:30AM on Saturday and return at 12:30PM on Sunday. RSVP here. Click Here
Stole Making Night and Mentor Dinner
📅 Sunday, October 4th at 4:00-6:30 PM
As part of Confirmation, each student and mentor will create a stole to be worn during the Confirmation Service.
- A special evening to share faith, food, and fellowship.
- Stole making from 4-5:30PM, Dinner 5:30-6:30PM.

Confirmation Sunday
📅 Sunday, October 25 at 10:45 AM (Reformation Sunday – special second service)
- Pictures at 10:15 AM
- Reception in the Fellowship Hall after the service.
Reminders for Confirmands
✔ 4 worship notes required by October 18th, can be completed during worship on Sunday or Wednesday. Completed notes can be placed in the file folder outside of Missy’s office.
✔ With your mentor:
- Complete one project together (church or community) Due by October 18th. Completion form Click Here
- Select a Confirmation Scripture passage and explain why it’s meaningful- due by October 18th. Completion form Click Here
- Help with 2 Sunday morning worship services (music, reading, ushering, etc.) by October 18th. Worship assistants sign up located under announcements on the St. John website.
